We are inviting applications for the position of Business Lecturer at a reputable educational institution in Southwest London. This temporary, part-time role involves delivering engaging lectures in business studies, specifically tailored to A-level students. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching business concepts and practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lectures in business studies to A-level students.
  • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to effectively teach and evaluate students.
  • Assess and grade students' coursework, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress to monitor and report on student achievements.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them to enhance their understanding and skills in business studies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in business education and integrate new teaching techniques as appropriate.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience teaching business studies at the A-level or higher education level, with a strong understanding of the subject matter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and inspiring students.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively, ensuring a productive learning environment.
  • Flexibility to work part-time and cover classes as needed on Fridays.
