We’ve opened a role in either our Ottawa or London office for a talented, entrepreneurial Electrical Engineering Professional to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Industrial Electrical & Automation group.

  Electrical Engineer or Technologist
  with 8+ years of experience?
• Are you a graduate from an accredited electrical engineering or tech program with your P.Eng., CET or LET designation?

• Primarily driving business growth by applying your industry expertise and leveraging your professional network to expand JLR’s client base.
• Designing, conducting internal coordination, project management, and contract administration during construction of industrial type projects, from concept through to completion.
• Leveraging your specialized electrical engineering experience in industrial automation or manufacturing markets.
• Assisting with the management of workload of technicians and designers to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.
• Participating in the preparation of proposals and the development of estimates for engineering services.
• Applying engineering fundamentals, including the application and verification of related software tools.
• Preparing accurate, clearly written, and well-organized technical reports.
• Mentoring junior engineers,engineering graduates, and technologists.
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
• Conducting site visits and commissioning of control systems and electrical equipment.
