Site Engineer

The Client and Project Info:

My client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor who are currently recruiting a Site Engineer to work on a water treatment site in South West London. The project involves delivering key civil and infrastructure works within a live, regulated water environment as part of a long-term water framework.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

* Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme.

* Supporting the delivery of civil engineering works on a water treatment site.

* Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Managing site records, quality documentation, and as-built information.

* Carrying out QA checks and completing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

* Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring work progress.

* Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.

* Assisting with surveys and resolving technical issues on site.

Site Engineer Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.

* Experience on water treatment, wastewater, or utilities projects is essential.

* Strong setting out and surveying experience.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Valid CSCS card.

* EUSR Blue Card is essential.

* SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial but not essential.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
