JOB TITLE:

Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer- with the opportunity of completing commercial gas

LOCATION:

Kingston - Upon Thams and surrounding areas

PACKAGE: £45k - £50k basic salary dependant on skills and experience

Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools
Overtime rates at time and a half
Sick pay

The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters etc
Other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and so

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Mobile Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer

The ideal Mechanical Engineer / M&E Engineer you will have experience of working on mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance
Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels etc
Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate such as commercial gas qualifications - they have an excellent mentor already in place
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
We are looking for someone who is honest, professional and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site
