Site Maintenance Supervisor / Single Man Site Engineer London £49,000 This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts Mayfair, London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.
Considering either an Electrical or Mechanical biased engineer, the role will be managing a commercial site as a single man site engineer, working day's, 8-5, Monday to Friday. Day to day you will be covering planned and reactive maintenance to all the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork. You must be fully qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering, with at least five years commercial building services maintenance experience with the following:
Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Benefits £49,000 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension package Overtime readily available Training Great opportunity to progress internally Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators UPS Systems VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Cooling Towers Pumps & Motors Requirements City and Guilds qualifications (either Mechanical or Electrical) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing
