Mechanical Engineer Corporate Banking £45,000 - £48,000 Basic Salary | Liverpool Street, London | Monday Friday 7-4 & 10-7 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious corporate banking building near Liverpool Street Station . The Role Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across the building Maintain HVAC, heating, cooling, pumps and associated mechanical services Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns Complete maintenance records and relevant paperwork Work closely with the engineering team and client Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures Working Hours Monday Friday Rotating shifts: 7am4pm & 10am7pm 1 in 4 call-out rota £100 standby payment when on call Salary & Benefits up to £48,000 basic salary 25 days annual leave  Bank Holidays Perkbox employee benefits platform Auto Enrolment Pension Life Insurance 2x basic salary Private Health Insurance Dental, Optical & Audiology cover Full training and development opportunities Genuine opportunities for career progression About You We're looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a background in commercial buildings, facilities management or building services .
