Assistant Tax Manager – Hybrid

Brewer Morris has partnered with a trusted client on a confidential search for an Assistant Tax Manager to join the business in Kingston upon Thames, London.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing tax disclosures for individual financial statements of UK entities together with corporate tax returns for submission to HMRC.
• Preparing tax disclosures and supporting workings and memos for the year‑end financial statements of the consolidated Groups.
• Involvement in various tax matters including the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) rules, transfer pricing, CbCR and Pillar Two reporting.
• Overseeing outsourced direct tax compliance in certain overseas countries, as required.
• Assist the Senior Tax Manager in providing ad-hoc tax support and advice to the businesses.

Ideally, you are a CTA and/or ACA qualified tax professional with a good understanding of UK corporate tax compliance.

This role is offering £65,000-£75,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits. The business follows a hybrid working pattern of 1 day in the office.
