Finance Officer Carmarthen (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote) Full-time or Part-time options available The Opportunity Robert Half are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dependable and well-organised Finance Officer to join their growing finance team. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day finance operations across the business Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with the preparation of financial reports Monitor budgets and highlight any variances Perform account reconciliations Process invoices and manage accounts payable & receivable Support payroll processes Track and manage income streams Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Contribute to the improvement of finance systems and processes About You Previous experience in a similar finance role Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Excel Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Requirements Full right to work in the UK (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role) What's on Offer Flexible working (full-time or part-time contracts available) Hybrid working model Flexible working hours Enhanced annual leave entitlement Occupational sick pay Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
