Head of Finance

Kenneth Brian Associates are looking for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the financial operations across a growing group of businesses based in Kingston.

This is a senior position offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, improving reporting and controls, and providing commercially focused insight to the senior leadership team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the finance function operates effectively, maintaining strong financial controls and helping the wider business make informed decisions based on accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function across the group, providing clear direction and financial oversight.
• Develop and deliver financial strategies that support the organisation's wider commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, providing analysis, insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and oversee accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory accounts, VAT returns and other financial obligations are completed accurately and on time.
