The role will also involve working closely with other healthcare professionals across the PCN and local health economy to ensure patients receive high quality care. You will need to be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent and have experience of working with patients. Experience of working in a healthcare setting would be desirable, and a working knowledge of primary care helpful.

You will also need good computer literacy.

About us
