They maintain compliance with CQC and NHS standards, manage staff onboarding and training, and foster a professional, inclusive culture. The role also includes financial oversight, accurate record-keeping, and reporting to support operational performance and continuous improvement.
- Operational Management:
Coordinate patient access, clinics, appointments, room use, stock, and maintain accurate records and KPIs. - Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to CQC standards, NHS frameworks, and organisational policies; support audits and inspections; maintain high-quality healthcare records. - People Management:
Oversee staff onboarding, training compliance, and promote a professional, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. - Financial & Resource Management:
Support payroll processes and manage procurement of medical and non-medical supplies. - Clinical & Information Support:
Ensure secure handling of medical records, use Systm One for workflows, and produce reports on performance and key indicators. Oakhill Secure Training Centre
Oakhill Secure Training Centre is operated by G4S Care and Justice Services. The centre provides accommodation across three blocks for up to 80 children (male and female) aged 12 to 17 years who are serving a custodial sentence or who are remanded to custody by the courts. Children are not permitted to leave the centre and they have all their healthcare;
educational and religious needs met within the centre.
