Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Recovery Coordinator Practitioner for an Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team in Kingston. This full-time, ongoing role offers an hourly rate of £22.00 and the opportunity to support individuals through substance misuse recovery within the Criminal Justice pathway.
You will manage a full caseload, conduct assessments, care planning and risk assessments, and deliver psychosocial interventions, working with partners in criminal justice and local services to achieve
