Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in regulated and unregulated environments.
We are looking for Support Workers with minimum of 6 months experience working with adults or adolescents with the following:
 
* Eating Disorders
 
* Learning Disabilities
 
* Mental Health
 
* CSE
 
* Drug and Alcohol Abuse

Duties and responsibilities:

* Responding to psychological or emotional crisis in adults and adolescents, utilising de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.
 
* Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings.
 
* Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support.
 
* Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.
 
* Working with professionals such as schools, young offending and psychotherapy.
