City of Kingston is seeking a Labour Relations Officer to provide strategic labour relations consulting across the HR&OD team. You will support grievance handling, investigations, and collective bargaining with a focus on proactive, strategic partnership and organizational consistency.
You will work with management and unions, interpret collective agreements, and deliver training to leaders on labour relations matters. A CHRP and ADR training are preferred; a strong privacy ethic is essential.
