Coupa Functional Consultant (Permanent | Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Functional Consultant to play a key role in a major procurement transformation programme, supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a Coupa platform.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the functional lead for Coupa, supporting implementation and post-go-live ownership
- Work closely with implementation partners to validate, challenge, and refine solution design
- Lead configuration and continuous improvement of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
- Bridge business and technical teams to ensure the solution meets operational needs
- Support roadmap development and future module rollouts
- Contribute to testing, governance, and best practice adoption
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Coupa implementations
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes and procurement systems
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations preferred)
- Ability to take ownership post-implementation and drive ongoing enhancements
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence third-party delivery
- Exposure to wider finance processes (O2C, R2R)
- Experience in broader procurement transformation programmes
