What you’ll do- Complete six rotations of six months each to gain depth and breadth in technology and analytics.
- Participate in a leadership development programme designed to accelerate your growth within the organisation.
- Specialise in either Technology, Cyber Security or Data & Analytics, and work on real business projects.
- Collaborate with business partners and external technology partners such as Google and Microsoft to deliver large‑scale AI and data‑intelligence programmes.
- Contribute to data lakehouse design, data‑quality initiatives and the creation of dashboards and data pipelines.
- Shape the programme through graduate‑led pillars covering wellbeing, learning and development and placement success.
- Curiosity about AI and data analytics.
- Foundational awareness of cloud computing, interest in statistics and basic programming knowledge.
- Stakeholder analysis and business‑partnering skills.
- Project‑management and strategic‑thinking abilities.
- Change‑management, product‑management and systems‑thinking skills are desirable and will be developed during the programme.
- Strong communication, ownership and integrity.
- Adaptability to multi‑functional rotations across different locations.
- Competitive salary of £35,000.
- Pay‑for‑pension envelope normally 25% of pensionable earnings.

Hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in one of the following offices:
London Blackfriars, Kingston upon Thames or Port Sunlight (Wirral). Roughly 10‑25% of your time will involve travel, depending on your rotation.
