Students will gain hands‑on experience across multiple functional areas and play a critical role in developing and delivering technology solutions that support business objectives.

• Develop cloud products that enable rapid delivery of IT systems and scalable cloud solutions.
• Data analyst within our Data & Analytics team, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Support implementation of AI for innovative campaign solutions.
• Drive capabilities for consumer engagement, innovation, and marketing performance, partnering with Marketing and Products teams.

• Passion for working with the latest technology innovations and strong strategic thinking.
• Excellent performance under a culture of challenging goals and continuous feedback.
• Undergraduate students who have completed their penultimate year and will return to study after the placement.
• A desire to showcase their skills with full support from a line manager and buddy.

Please note, these skills are good to have at the beginning; they will be developed during the 12‑month placement.

Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days required weekly at one of the following sites:
Port Sunlight (Wirral), Kingston, or London Blackfriars, depending on your base.
