The next General Manager must lead and inspire a high‑performing team, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards, oversee day‑to‑day 24‑hour operations, from reception to the pub to housekeeping. The role involves driving profitable sales across all three revenue streams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and making a lasting impact on the hotel's success.
