Our client, a rapidly growing Mechanical Contractor, is searching for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a new-build hospital development in West London. This is a brand-new project, currently in pre-construction, with site works due to commence at the end of January.

As the Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the mechanical package, taking full responsibility for delivery, quality, and programme management. This is a career-defining opportunity to manage a high-profile healthcare project from the pre-construction stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities for Project Manager

* Lead and manage the project as Senior Mechanical Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of mechanical pipework installation

* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards

* Manage budget, programme, quality, suppliers, and subcontractors

* Oversee procurement and subcontractor appointments

* Participate in tendering and bid processes where required

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

* Provide full team and site management

* Ensure all works comply with healthcare and public sector standard

Key Requirements for Project Manager

* Educated to HNC / HND / Degree level in Mechanical or Building Services discipline

* Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Project Manager, or Contracts Manager within a Mechanical Contractor environment

* Strong experience delivering mechanical pipework projects

* Experience with in healthcare or public sector projects is desirable

* Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH)

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong client-facing and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
