We're looking for a General Manager for the Spring Grove - a gorgeous community pub in Kingston. This pub is a real hub for the community and its neighbours - whether that's having a Whisky in a wing-back chair in the Lounge, having a pint of ale at the bar, having one of its legendary Sunday Roasts in the pub or sipping on a cocktail in its generously-sized beer Garden.

Aside from all of that - the decor and furnishings are absolutely stunning. This pub couldnt scream "Modern Community Pub with nods to tradition" any louder! The ideal candidate is a people focused operator who is great at building relationships and ensuring high standards in this much loved neighbourhood institution.

goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes!
