New Victoria Hospital in Kingston upon Thames, part of Bupa, is seeking a Patient Services Advisor Team Leader to guide a front-line team and ensure an outstanding patient journey from enquiry through attendance.
You will lead the team, monitor KPIs, coach staff and drive continuous improvement while staying involved in frontline calls and coordinating Connected Care pathways with the Head of Patient Services.
