Garage Manager

Duties of the Garage Manager:

Oversee daily operations of the Kingston automotive fast-fit centre
Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales and service targets
Manage stock levels and ensure compliance with company policies
Handle customer enquiries both in person and online, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct staff interviews, inductions, and ongoing engagement activities
Maintain high standards of health and safety and operational efficiency
Provide hands-on support within the workshop when necessary
Monitor and analyse branch profitability and performance metrics

Requirements of the Garage Manager:

Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of tyre services and mechanical work is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Relevant UK work authorisation and right to work documentation
