Our client is a respected brand in their area and is needing a new Registered Manager to head up their branch in South London area. With the full back up of the owner and her team, this branch will be yours to grow to be the top branch in their network and where you think would be best to find quality private care clientele.
You will offer Domiciliary and Live In Care for the elderly and those with Autism and Learning Difficulties.
Based from home initially, you will facilitate the CQC Registration and then find an office that is suitable for the area. The Registered Manager will play an instrumental part in building the success of the new office, growing the private client database from day one. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, and recruit and build your successful team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete CQC Registration and start to market and grow networks
Ensure highest safeguarding standards are maintained at all times
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for a "Good" or higher rating
Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients
Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
Recruit, grow and retain high-quality staff while offering strong training implementation
Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support, including care calls where needed
Support business growth and target new clients
Benefits:
Competitive Salary:
From £35000 - £55000 + performance-based bonus + pension (salary dependent on experience and what you can bring to the branch)
20 days holiday + bank holidays
Qualifications Needed:
NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding results
Preferably have completed a successful start up branch in the area
Proven leadership in Care Management / Leadership in a Domiciliary or Live In setting
UK Driver’s Licence and own car
