Overview
Are you looking to join our team? If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Sales Assistant working 8 hours per week.
What will this role involve?As a Sales Assistant you will support the store management team and drive turnover and revenues based on lean principles, focusing on customer service as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.
Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group, learning and sharing knowledge with customers.
- Confidently and professionally handle customer complaints and returns to ensure retention.
- Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management.
- Engage customers enthusiastically, establish needs, and help them purchase by matching products and highlighting promotions.
- Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems.
- Promote high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.
- Acquire high product knowledge and continue to self‑develop.
- Recognise and act on opportunities to increase sales value through upselling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies.
- Passion for the Ryman Brand and associated companies.
