Are you looking to join our team? If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Sales Assistant working 8 hours per week.

As a Sales Assistant you will support the store management team and drive turnover and revenues based on lean principles, focusing on customer service as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.

• Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group, learning and sharing knowledge with customers.
• Confidently and professionally handle customer complaints and returns to ensure retention.
• Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management.
• Engage customers enthusiastically, establish needs, and help them purchase by matching products and highlighting promotions.
• Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems.
• Promote high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.
• Acquire high product knowledge and continue to self‑develop.
• Recognise and act on opportunities to increase sales value through upselling.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies.
