• Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day shop leadership and performance.
• Motivate, coach and inspire the team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer care, store presentation and operations.
• Help customers find eyewear solutions that combine style, comfort and optical expertise.
• Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
