The Role
- New Business Account Manager
We are seeking a commercially driven New Business Account Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client relationships.
This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you will engage with senior decision-makers, uncover operational challenges, and present tailored IT solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Account Manager
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including calls, email campaigns, Linked In engagement, and networking
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Qualify leads and contribute to broader business development initiatives
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasting
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
About You
- New Business Account Manager
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
Ambitious and motivated by career progression and success
