Trainee Lettings Negotiator

KFH’s lettings negotiator trainee programme is a 6‑month placement where a group of determined and driven individuals will learn everything they need to know about being a KFH sales negotiator. We are looking for people early in their career – first step into property, a graduate wanting to learn more about sales in property, someone looking for a career change, perhaps from the travel or hospitality industries.

We also look for individuals who truly understand how to deliver service with care and have first‑rate communication skills.

This is a branch‑based role with dedicated training from the Talent Development team at KFH House and on‑the‑job training with branch directors. There is also extra support in the form of mentors across our branch network.
