Sales Assistant – Kingston

£27,109.31 per annum, full‑time, 40 hours per week.

• Be the first face of iSmash: greet customers, answer questions, and provide expert advice on accessories, refurbished phones, and services.
• Drive sales: help customers find the right solutions, meet sales targets, and support promotional events.
• Maintain store displays, manage stock, and keep the shop clean and tidy in line with the iSmash brand.
• Support the tech team: apply screen protectors, perform basic phone cleaning, and assist with device check‑ins and hand‑overs.
• Submit daily store reports, track sales, and co‑sign returns to the warehouse.
• Handle transactions, follow up with customers, and ensure every interaction is positive.
