We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our client’s reputable dealership in Kingston upon Thames as a sales executive. Full-time, permanent position with working hours Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rota Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Engage with customers to identify their requirements and guide them effectively through the vehicle purchasing process
Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
Build and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and finance options
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and a seamless sales experience
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold dealership standards and support business growth
Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities accurately within the CRM system

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience as a car sales executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment
Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory
