Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days and Nights

We’re currently recruiting for four dedicated Corporate Security Officers to join our team at the prestigious Unilever Kingston Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-profile corporate environment where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Operate security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarm monitoring.

• Manage access and egress for staff, visitors and contractors in line with site protocols.

• Maintain daily occurrence logs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

• Respond to incidents and emergencies, escalating where necessary.

• Perform regular patrols and checks throughout the site to ensure safety standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support across front-of-house and gatehouse duties.

• Support all audit and compliance requirements and ensure all training is completed.

• Ensure full compliance with SIA regulations, BS7499 standards and company procedures.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring strong team collaboration and professional interaction.

• Essential:

  • Valid SIA Security Guarding Licence

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good level of literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Flexible, professional and able to use initiative

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Previous security experience preferred

• Desirable:

  • Experience in a corporate environment

• Staff shop access

• Free on-site gym
