Removal and Installation of New EC Fans

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Installation Technician for my client for a 6 week contract, with the possibility of further extensions and the potential more work for the right candidate. This role involves assisting with general installation tasks relating to the removal of old fans and the installation of new EC fans, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general installation duties, including assisting in the removal of old fans, performing general site maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Operating basic tools and equipment as needed.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items and the loading and unloading of materials and equipment as necessary.
• Always follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required by the site manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Applicants must be able to safely lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy items as part of daily tasks. The role requires sustained physical effort, including standing, bending, and working in physically demanding conditions, sometimes for extended periods.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• MUST HAVE CSCS CARD
• Previous experience in maintenance on larger scale
