About the Role
This role is an excellent entry point into a career in housing management. You will receive full training, including support to achieve a recognised Housing qualification, while playing a key role in helping the team meet regulatory standards and deliver high‑quality services.
The post holder will deliver a high‑quality housing management service with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. As the primary point of contact for residents, you will actively engage with tenants to ensure a responsive and consistently excellent housing management experience. The position requires being in the office four days a week.
QualificationsWe are looking for a proactive, adaptable individual with strong communication and IT skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will need a good understanding of housing or tenancy management and be committed to achieving a recognised Housing qualification within two years if not already held. Working collaboratively with residents, colleagues and partner organisations, you will be confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and comfortable working both in the office and at housing surgeries across the borough.
A creative, innovative approach to problem‑solving, a solid understanding of housing regulation and consumer standards, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development are essential.
