AboutThe Role
This role is an excellent entry point into a career in housing management. You'll receive full training, including support to achieve a recognised Housing qualification, while playing a key role in helping the team meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality services.
To deliver a high-quality housing management service with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, actively engaging with tenants to ensure a responsive and consistently excellent housing management experience.
The post holder will be required to be in the office 4 days a week.
About YouWe're looking for a proactive, adaptable individual with strong communication and IT skills who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You'll have a good understanding of housing or tenancy management and be committed to developing your career by achieving a recognised Housing qualification within two years (if not already held).
Working collaboratively with residents, colleagues and partner organisations, be confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, and be comfortable working both in the office and at housing surgeries across the borough. Bring a creative, innovative approach to problem‑solving, an understanding of housing regulation and consumer standards, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
