The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a frontline housing professional to deliver a modern homelessness service, carrying out statutory assessments and decisions under the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, with a strong focus on preventing homelessness.
You will advise and support households to prevent or reduce homelessness, collaborate with the Housing Solutions Team to secure suitable accommodation, and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory guidance.
