What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement personalised support plans that focus on facilitating smooth transitions.

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will be based at our office at Guildhall 2, Kingston High Street, and can expect to work one day in the office with the flexibility to be available as needed for visits and meetings throughout the rest of the week.
