Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the New Malden Hub, one of three adult locality teams within the Adult Social Care service. Based primarily at Guildhall 2, Kingston upon Thames, the team meets in the office two days per week for collaboration and development.
The role covers adults 18+ with health and social care needs, focusing on older adults and those with physical disabilities.
