Client Services Coordinator
Location: Chessington, KT6
Salary: £30,000
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday
Annual Leave: 20 days + UK public holidays
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Coordinator to join our clients established international courier company.
Shift Pattern
- 6:00am–2:00pm and 1:00pm–9:00pm on a rotational basis
- Must be flexible and available to work both shifts
- Saturday shift twice per month, paid at overtime
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage drivers throughout daily operations
- Liaise with customer service teams and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
- Use Verizon tracking systems to monitor vehicles and driver activity
- Manage operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Support driver management and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate with UK stations and international partners
- Undertake ad-hoc driving duties
