Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaping Operations Manager located in Kingston, MA. The Landscaping Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage landscape maintenance logistics, supervise team members, and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities also include client communication, coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

This is intended to be a hybrid field and administrative position.

RequirementsWe are looking for a highly organized go-getter, a natural leader, and someone that is able to see the larger picture to be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple things in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications include:- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Project management and team supervision skills
- Experience in landscape or relevant home service industry
- Client communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Technical ability and aptitude to learn quickly
- Proficiency in budget management and resource coordination
- Desire for growth and ambition to achieve
- Knowledge of landscape projects, hardscaping, irrigation systems or fertilization techniques
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Agriculture or related field
- Any other relevant certifications
