Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build relationships with customers, uncover needs, educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.

This is a learning role where new associates work with their team and complete new employee training.

Responsibilities
  • Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  • Help customers continue their shopping journey online, with Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
  • Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage in the customer’s neighborhood and explain plans and services.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, skills, processes, systems, and resources.
  • Build relationships across channels and partner with T-Mobile employees to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Identify and hand off small business leads and support team initiatives to foster an inclusive environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred
  • Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply
