** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail and mall location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a welcoming environment.

+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual activity encountered during patrols.

+ Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

+ Support a positive experience for all guests and visitors by providing directions, answering questions, and offering assistance as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
