Provide labor and field support across multiple departments including landscaping maintenance, irrigation installations/repairs, and fertilizer programs.

• Perform general landscaping labor, including planting, mulching, trimming, and other manual tasks.
• Lift and carry heavy materials or equipment as required for field operations.
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions and remain productive and focused.
• Support team leaders and technicians in completing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality service.
• Assist in keeping work sites clean, organized, and safe, following all company safety protocols.
• Potentially assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems.

• Irrigation experience
• Hoisting license
• Pesticide license
