Responsibilities- Perform general landscaping labor, including planting, mulching, trimming, and other manual tasks.
- Lift and carry heavy materials or equipment as required for field operations.
- Operate tools and machinery safely
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions and remain productive and focused.
- Support team leaders and technicians in completing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Assist in keeping work sites clean, organized, and safe, following all company safety protocols.
- Potentially assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Irrigation experience
- Hoisting license

Requirements- Valid US driver’s license
- Reliable daily transportation
- Ability to be on feet for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy weights
