Be the welcoming face and voice of AK&J Electric — greet visitors, manage calls, and keep our front office running smoothly.
We are looking for a dependable, personable Front Desk associate to join our Kingston, TN office on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and deliveries, and will support day-to-day administrative needs across the team.
Day to day
What you'll do- Greet visitors, vendors, and candidates and direct them appropriately
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Receive and log mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
- Assist HR and operations with on-site coordination as needed
Requirements
What we’re looking for- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic office tools
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
