• Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and field personnel in high‑risk, schedule‑driven industrial construction environments.
• Enforce and model a strong industrial safety culture, including OSHA compliance, LOTO, confined space, and hot work requirements.
• Interface effectively with Project Managers, QA/QC, Safety, Commissioning, and Client representatives.
• Support planning, execution, and coordination activities to meet project schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5+ years of verifiable industrial construction experience, including power generation, heavy industrial, refinery, or large energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience on large-scale projects, preferably $1B+ EPC or multi‑prime environments.
• 5+ years of industrial structural concrete experience, including equipment foundations and elevated slabs.
• Hands‑on experience with formwork, rebar, and embed installation; concrete pours and curing processes; QC, testing, and inspection coordination.

• Ability to work 10+ hours per day, up to 6 days/week.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions, with possible exposure to radiation or chemicals.
• Ability to perform field work in all areas of the job site, including climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolds at various heights.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, or stoop around equipment safely.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, if needed.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and lift up to 20 pounds overhead.
