You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This is a part time position for work on Saturdays and/or evenings until 8:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Call, quote and write insurance policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be currently licensed in Tennessee for property & casualty.
