Direct Support Professional

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.– 12:00 a.m. | 40 hours | Work location is Rockwood, TN.|RHO-DSP-08

The Must-Haves:

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Clearance:
  Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening to ensure the safety of those we support.

• Human Connection:
  Strong communication skills matched with deep empathy and patience. You excel at listening, understanding, and building trust.
• Resilience & Adaptability:
  The ability to stay calm, supportive, and solution-oriented during challenging moments.

• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Existing certifications like CPR, First Aid, or CNA are highly valued (if you don’t have them, we will help you get them!).

Starting wages are between $15.80 and $16.80 per hour.
