CBA Logs & Records Specialist - T45 Kingsville, TX

Essential Duties And Accountabilities

• Perform duties of Aircraft Logs and Records Clerk classification, including updating, maintaining, and verifying Technical Directive System List 02, 04, 04H, NAT 02 (SE), and NAT 04 (ALSS) Reports.
• Maintain TRACE CADPAD modules for aircraft and ejection seat AESR Records.
• Draft Engine Transaction Report and End of Quarter Engine Reports.
• Draft OPNAV XRAY and Quarterly Aircraft Audit Reports.
• Operate NALCOMIS OOMA for NAVFLIR data entry.
• Compile Monthly Maintenance Plan, submit MMP and Fatigue Life Expenditure CDRLs.
• Maintain OOMA component Auto Log-Sets (ALS) maintenance history, installation, and usage data.
• Monitor aircraft configuration status, weight and balance, and inventory data for accuracy.
• Maintain depot event induction/receipt schedule with required pre-induction reports.
• Review NALCOMIS OOMA Auto Log-Set (ALS) maintenance documents to ensure scheduled/unscheduled maintenance program requirements are met.
• Coordinate with PMO, customer, and work centers regarding aircraft history/log book matters.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work center and surrounding area.
• Adhere to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and participate in FOD walk downs when directed.
• Adhere to the Company Tool Control Program.

• Completion of U.S. Armed Forces Logs and Records (AZ/6046) specialized “A” School listed on DD214.
• Minimum three (3) years general experience in maintaining aircraft logbooks/aeronautical equipment service records and OOMA Configuration Management (CM) Auto Log-sets (ALS). Must meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance within first six (6) months.
• Thorough working knowledge of applicable maintenance/technical manuals and publications.
• Working knowledge of computers, typewriters, and other office equipment.
• Typing speed of at least thirty-five (35) words per minute.
• Customer‑oriented.

The job is performed in an office environment. Office activities include tasks that may involve lifting objects not exceeding 50 pounds. Requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Work conditions range from minimal physical discomfort to exposure to inclement weather. May involve high noise hazards, fumes or airborne particles, and electrical shock hazards.
