About the Role:

We’re looking for a Retail Site Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of retail construction and fit-out projects. You’ll lead on-site operations, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance, and drive projects to completion on time and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activities across retail fit-out projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

Maintain accurate site reports and communicate progress to project managers

Deliver projects within programme timelines and budgets

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail fit-outs or fast-track construction

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

CSCS card (required)

SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, and other relevant certifications (preferred)

Ability to problem-solve and maintain high standards under pressure
