Providing care and support to our clients Attending new referral assessments with potential clients, building an initial relationship with both the client and their family Write and review person centred support plans, ensuring amendments are made to ensure the best quality care is provided Conduct spot checks on members of staff, providing constructive feedback to support staff development Able to motivate & lead others Opportunity to work towards your NVQ Level 5 Conduct Risk Assessments to ensure safety for clients and staff
Person Specification:
To have experience in a care role To be a kind and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing the highest standards of care
Key Requirements:
