About the role:
At Bright Star Care, we're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits throughout Kingwood, Humble, Cleveland, Beaumont, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities:
As an RN providing infusion and skilled nursing services, you'll deliver individualized patient care based on physician orders and each patient's unique healthcare needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, infusion therapy administration, vascular access management, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Your clinical expertise and judgment help patients safely receive advanced treatments while supporting improved outcomes and greater independence.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess an active Texas RN license, current CPR/BLS certification, strong peripheral IV skills, and experience providing infusion therapy. Experience with PICC lines, ports, midlines, peripheral IVs, and other vascular access devices is highly preferred.
