Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN Area

As an LVN, you'll provide individualized nursing services tailored to each patient's needs. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating changes in condition to support continuity of care. Your nursing knowledge and compassionate approach help improve quality of life while providing reassurance to patients and their loved ones.

Candidates must possess an active Texas LVN license and current in-person CPR/BLS certification. Applicants must also have a valid Texas driver's license, active auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
